Leadership immediately acted, implementing a matching donation benefit and seeking a charitable matching donation platform to administer and track it.

‘The Champions of Percent Pledge’s Ease of Use’ officially partnered with Percent Pledge at the beginning of November 2021 and launched the platform employee-wide on Giving Tuesday, November 30, 2021.
Other workplace giving vendors required six to eight weeks of implementation. Percent Pledge was simple and smooth, only taking two weeks.
