About Percent Pledge
Percent Pledge is a social impact & employee engagement SaaS company with a vision of helping every business and its employees make a positive social impact. Our mission is to make workplace philanthropy easy, enabling businesses of any size to authentically engage with their workforce and improve employer brand.

Our story

Percent Pledge began with an innocent call to Dad. Marc Pollick (Dad) founded a nonprofit 25 years ago so I quite literally grew up in philanthropy.
The intention was never to work in social impact too…I hated being forced to donate my Bar Mitzvah money and began my career focused on making money vs. doing good…but that was the topic of this call.
I wanted to start giving back but, despite everything I learned, couldn’t answer the same questions as so many young professionals: Where do I start? Which orgs should I support? Can I make an impact if I’m not rich? When I do give, where does it go?!
And on top of that, my small consulting firm had no formal giving program in place to help.
Answering those questions, and making workplace giving easy for businesses of any size, got me excited. And that innocent call to Dad jump-started my quest to build a better way, for all the main stakeholders: employees, businesses, and nonprofits.
We started with that vision, to empower all businesses and employees to make giving a habit. And our amazing team and technology drive it forward today.
