Our Support Gaza Communities Cause Portfolio contains highly strategic nonprofits providing immediate humanitarian aid to Palestinian civilians terribly affected by the Israeli-Hamas war.

Percent Pledge is watching the situation closely and working with nonprofit partners to determine if and where additional aid is most helpful.

[October 18, 2023]: The organizations in our cause portfolio are responding in the following ways: 

• Anera is distributing thousands of food parcels, water, and hygiene kits for displaced families daily, and coordinating with the UN and other organizations to ensure all essential relief areas are covered. 
• Palestine Children's Relief Fund is one of the primary humanitarian organizations in Palestine and is delivering crucial and life-saving medical relief and humanitarian aid where it is needed most during this time.  
• Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) has been working in Gaza for 20 years, providing medical care and support to a health system that urgently lacks both medical personnel and supplies. Their teams have been working in three hospitals and several outpatient clinics, offering comprehensive care for people suffering from burns and trauma. Hospitals are becoming overwhelmed and experiencing shortages of drugs, medical supplies, and fuel for generators.
