Percent Pledge has created our Support Israeli Communities Cause Portfolio containing highly strategic, vetted nonprofits providing immediate humanitarian aid and relief to all civilians affected by the tragic terrorist attacks in Southern Israel on October 7, 2023, and those people who continue to be impacted by the resulting conflict.
Percent Pledge is watching the situation closely and working with nonprofit partners to determine if and where additional aid is most helpful.
[October 10, 2023]: The organizations in our cause portfolio are responding in the following ways:
- Magen David Adom is the active first responder organization on the front lines of responding to Saturday's deadly terrorist attacks.
- Soroka Medical Center is front and center in providing a medical response to the war, as the main hospital in southern Israel. Soroka is treating hundreds of severely wounded civilians.
- IsraAID is partnering with local & civil society organizations to coordinate humanitarian efforts, providing psychosocial support & urgent aid to vulnerable communities, evacuees & their families.
